Nick was AWESOME! I don’t think there was a single time throughout the process where I called him and he didn’t answer within 2 rings. The team was always responsive and available when we needed them, even outside rod normal m-f 9-5 business hours which made the whole experience much smoother because we didn’t have to field phone calls while at work or try to scramble to get things together. Everything was very clear and easy to understand and the team did a great job staying on track for deadlines!
